Section 35
Cancel and Save Cancel and Save

(1) The Tribhuvan University Act, 2028 is repealed (2) All the rights and responsibilities of Tribhuvan University, including transactions, transactions, loans, money, existing at the time of commencement of this Act, shall belong to the University in accordance with this Act.
(3) The rules and regulations made under the Tribhuvan University Act, 2028 shall remain in force for one year only from the date of commencement of this Act.
